Chilean Pork Ribs with Mango Sauce
A delicious bittersweet mixture.
 
                      Ingredients
- 
                                4 boneless pork chops
- 
                                1/2 mango, diced
- 
                                1/2 medium size tomato, diced
- 
                                1/4 cup red onion, diced
Preparation Method
- Lightly coat both sides of each pork chop with BBQ Sauce. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
- Mix together the mango, tomato, and red onion. Set aside.
- Prepare the grill to cook the pork ribs.
- Cook the chop over direct heat for 4-5 minutes on each side (longer if the chop is thicker).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Top with the mango salsa and serve.
