Chilean Pork Ribs with Mango Sauce

A delicious bittersweet mixture.

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Lightly coat both sides of each pork chop with BBQ Sauce. Leave to rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix together the mango, tomato, and red onion. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the grill to cook the pork ribs.
  4. Cook the chop over direct heat for 4-5 minutes on each side (longer if the chop is thicker).
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Top with the mango salsa and serve.
