Coffee and Caramel Tart with White Chocolate
Recipe not to be missed! Delicious tart to accompany a coffee at the end of the meal.
                      Ingredients
- 
                                200 g wheat flour
 - 
                                60 g icing sugar
 - 
                                2 eggs
 - 
                                125 g butter
 - 
                                100 ml milk
 - 
                                100 g chopped white chocolate
 - 
                                1 egg yolk
 
Preparation Method
- Knead the flour, icing sugar, 1 egg, and the butter until it forms a dough and refrigerates to chill for 30 minutes
 - Put the milk and cream in a pan and heat, stirring continuously
 - Chop the sweets into small pieces and add to the mixture in the pan
 - Bring to the boil while stirring until the sweets dissolve completely
 - Add the chopped white chocolate and stir until all ingredients have melted
 - Let cool slightly and mix 1 egg and yolk into the pie mixture
 - Preheat the oven (air circulating) to 170C
 - Roll the pastry into a thin layer and cut out 8 circles of 12cm diameter
 - Place the dough circles in 8 greased pie tins (10cm diameter) and cover with baking paper
 - Add dried peas (or beans) to the baking paper and bake for 15 minutes
 - Remove the paper and peas and cook the pastry again for 8 minutes
 - Lower the oven to 100C
 - Spread the coffee-caramel cream on the tarts and bake for 25 minutes, then leave to cool in the oven
 - Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours
 - Remove the tarts from the cups before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelize
