Product Description
Real Conservera Española small Mackerel in Olive Oil is a high quality product. A sample of this recognition was the award received as the “Best Preserve in the World No. 1!” in its category of mackerel.
These preserves are made with a very limited and very difficult to obtain product, the small mackerel are fished from the Atlantic coast. They are then cleaned by hand, grilled and hand-packed. Thus, we offer small-sized whole gutted mackerel, coated in olive oil, with a very characteristic texture and flavour.
To consume the preserve we recommend enjoying it as a starter, alone or combined with a tomato and spring onion toast. As a pairing, we recommend bringing a white wine.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once the container is opened, keep it in refrigerator, consume within 24h.
