deSIAM Lemongrass Thai Dressing is a refreshing combination of tangy lemongrass and sweet Thai basil. Use it to liven up your favourite salads.
With Deism’s premium sauces it will be easier to bring the authentic Thai dishes to your home.
Ingredients:
Water, SOYBEAN oil, sweet basil 8.4%, sugar, vinegar, lemongrass 4.2%, garlic, coriander leaves, salt, spearmint leaves, galangal 1.5%, PEANUTS, pepper, chilli, stabilizer: xanthan gum, preservative: lactic acid, antioxidant: citric acid, emulsifier: SOY lecithin.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 weeks.
Preparation Suggestion:
Slice 120 g of raw salmon into 1 cm cubes.
Put in a bowl and mix with two chopped citronella stems, 5 g chopped ginger and 2 tablespoons lime juice.
Add 60 ml of deSIAM citronella vinaigrette.
Mix well.
Decorate with dill.
Serve with a green salad and cherry tomatoes.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal to add your mixed greens, vegetables or fish.
