Usually known as cantucci or cantuccini, these biscuits are part of the Tuscan confectionery tradition.
Since 1858, the plate biscuits have been baked daily in the same historic kitchens of the Fabrica Antonio Mattei and packed by hand. The secret of the pleasant aroma of the sweet and crispy Antonio Mattei toasts is the long rising time of the dough and all the recipes are prepared according to the original recipe.

WHEAT flour, sugar, ALMONDS 20%, EGGS, PINE NUTS.

Store in a cool, dry place.
Usage Suggestions:
A perfect end meal in combination with the Vin Santo or other sweet wine, it is also very good with coffee or tea.
