deSIAM Peanut & Coconut Thai Satay Sauce, Peanut & Coconut is a blend of roasted peanuts and ground spices, infused with coconut cream and a hint of red curry paste. The perfect sauce for BBQ Thai Satay.

Ingredients:
Water, coconut extract 20%, PEANUT 11%, sugar, tamarind, sunflower oil, garlic, SESAME seed, coriander, salt, lemongrass, shallots, galangal, chilli, cardamom, cumin, turmeric, MUSTARD, kafr lime peel, preservative lactic acid, sodium benzoate), stabilizer: xanthan gum, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 weeks.
Preparation Suggestion:
Cut 150 g of chicken breast into thin strips.
In a bowl mix two cloves of garlic (crushed) with 1 teaspoon yellow cilantro paste, 60 ml coconut milk, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Marinate the chicken with this mixture for 30 minutes.
Stick the strips of chicken on bamboo skewers.
Bake in the oven or in a large skillet.
Serve with deSIAM Peanut & Coconut Thai Satay Sauce.
