Enjoy delicious meal with authentic Thai Green Curry. deSIAM green curry paste is blend of dried green chillies, fragrant lemongrass and fresh Thai spices that can bring out full flavour of Green Curry!
Ingredients:
Green chilli 29.2%, garlic, lemongrass 12.5%, shallot, galangal, SOYBEAN oil, salt, coriander leaves, coriander seeds, sugar, kaffir lime peel, SHRIMP paste (SHRIMP, salt), coriander roots, cumin seeds, turmeric, acidity regulator: citric acid.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opened keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week.
Preparation Suggestion:
Green Curry Recipe: In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil until very hot. Add the green curry sachet and stir-fry until the flavour develops, add 1 tablespoon of coconut milk. Add 250g of sliced chicken breast. Stir-fry, wrapping the paste with the meat. Add 400ml of coconut milk and 100ml of water. Let it boil. Add 200g of chopped vegetables, 1 teaspoon of FISH sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let it boil until the meat is cooked. Garnish with fresh basil. Serve with white rice.
