Product Description
Coconut milk is an opaque, milky-white liquid extracted from the grated pulp of mature coconuts, distinct from coconut water. It is widely used for culinary purposes because it is a drink rich in good fats and nutrients like potassium, calcium and magnesium. deSIAM coconut milk is rich in pulp. Use it as a base for Thai and Oriental cuisine, including curry, desserts and marinades.
Ingredients:
coconut extrat (50%), water, thickener: guar gum.
Storage:
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume on the same day.
Usage Suggestions:
It can be used as a substitute for regular milk and added in recipes for cakes and biscuits.
