Muffins with Belgian Chocolate Virtuoso

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Put all the muffin ingredients, except the biscuits, in a large bowl and mix coarsely with a wooden spoon.
  3. Cut 7 Virtuoso Belgian Chocolate into pieces and add to the muffin mixture.
  4. Divide the mixture into the muffin tins and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Leave to cool on a rack at room temperature.
  6. Cut the remaining Virtuosos in half and divide between the muffins.
  7. Preparation of the chocolate syrup: put the chocolate and the cream in a pan and heat on low heat, mix until smooth and consistent.
  8. Pour over the muffins before serving.
