Panna Cotta with Salted Butter Caramel Cream

Very simple salted butter caramel cream, flavoured with vanilla. Simple but so good.

Preparation Method

  1. Bring the cream and vanilla pod to a boil.
  2. Add the agar-agar mixture and sugar and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and add the egg yolk, mixing.
  4. Pour the cream into the verrines, leave to cool, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Then pour the Salted Butter Caramel cream on top of the panna cotta.
