Sparkling wine obtained from a selected blend of white grapes. It should be served at 6º – 8ºC.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale straw yellow with a very delicate perlage.
Bouquet: Notes of pear, green apple and citrus, with light floral hints.
Palate: Soft and juicy, with a sweet finish.
Gastronomy: Excellent as aperitif, it goes well with quick and light meals.
