Product Description
Vinification: The grapes are harvested before full ripeness to produce a fresher, fruitier wine, then gently crushed and subjected to a short pre-fermentation maceration at a low temperature to extract fresh fruit notes. Fermentation begins in contact with the skins for about 48 hours at a controlled temperature of about 21°C (70°F), followed by racking and final fermentation without skins.
Tasting notes: Light, pale ruby red. Delicately fruity, with notes of red fruits like strawberries, raspberries, and subtle herbs hints. Fresh, harmonious, with a gentle acidity and a slightly tannic structure.
Food paring: Ideal with delicate and fresh dishes, such as steamed or grilled fish, vegetables, light pasta dishes and white meat.
