Sun-dried and semi-dried tomato pesto combined with our signature Rose Harissa gives this paste a deep, rich flavour with a distinct yet subtle heat.
Ingredients:
Rehydrated Sun-Dried Tomatoes (43%), vegetable oils (Sunflower Oil and rapeseed oil in varying proportions), Rose Harissa (13%) (paprika, Red Peppers, salt, garlic, Chilli, mixed dried spices, rose flavouring), Semi-Dried Tomatoes (7%), lemon juice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, grape vinegar, herbs de Provence, acidity regulator: lactic acid.
Storage:
Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
Preparation Suggestion:
Use 2 tbsp per 100g of cooked pasta.
Usage Suggestions:
Combine with mussels steamed with white wine and crème fraiche and a chicken breast and oven roast.
