Prepared only with Cantabrian anchovies. Marinated with the ideal amount of white wine vinegar. Preserved in olive oil with garlic and parsley, they preserve the nuances of the fish, with an “al dente” texture and unparalleled flavor. They have been treated against Anisakis.

Storage:
