Product Description
Lightly salted, with an “al dente” texture, and made exclusively with Cantabrian anchovies. Matured for the exact time in salt, they are carefully desalted, cleaned, trimmed by hand, and preserved in olive oil.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated at temperatures of between 0ºC and 4ºC. Once opened, keep refrigerated in its oil and eat within 7 days.
