Produced with white grapes and later aging in oak barrels. It has a typical amber color. Its most striking feature is that it does not change the color of the dishes, but adds a fruity aroma and a slightly acidic flavor. Ideal in appetizers, salads, vegetables, sauces, fish, white meat, Mozzarella cheese, Bitto, and Robiola among others).
