White wine vinegar with 6° acidity is flavored with syrup and raspberry fruit. This vinegar was developed after a lot of research to achieve the desired perfection.
You will find the subtle flavor of raspberry, made using a syrup that was made in an artisanal way, as well as the fruits inside each package.
Les Assaisonnements Briards, is a company founded in Lagny-sur-Marne, France, in 1865 by Mathon passed into the hands of the Chamois family in 1890. Always producing quality vinegars, based on white wine.

Alcohol vinegar 6%, syrup (water, sugar), raspberry (4%), natural flavour.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal for cold salads and carpaccio.
