Malt Vinegar Cookies
Vinegar dumplings get a bad name because of their name. However, it doesn’t taste like vinegar at all! They are similar to Christmas dreams but have a different consistency, being also very simple to prepare!
Ingredients

1 egg

1 and ¼ cup of wheat flour

sugar to sprinkle

cinnamon for sprinkling
Preparation Method
- Start by mixing the vinegar, sugar, oil, egg and salt.
- Then add the flour little by little until you get the perfect consistency for rolling. Then form balls with the dough.
- Place the vinegar balls in a frying pan with plenty of hot oil.
- When golden, remove and drain on paper. Dip the cookies in a mixture of cinnamon powder and sugar.
