Coffee and chocolate brownie

Coffee is one of the most popular drinks around the world. After trying this coffee and chocolate brownie recipe you will never throw your coffee grounds in the trash again! Enjoy and treat yourself to this no-waste dessert.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Line a square baking tin (20cm x 20cm) with baking paper. Set aside.
  2. Put the butter in a bowl and melt it in the microwave. Add the chocolate and mix, giving the microwave time for the chocolate to melt. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the sugar with the coffee grounds. Gradually add the melted chocolate with the butter and stir in, using a whisk. Add one egg and then the other and continue mixing. Add the cocoa, flour, salt and coffee and mix well until incorporated. Pour the mixture into the mould and bake for 30-35 minutes.
