Apple with Caramel

A perfect dessert to combine the tartness of the apple with the sweetness of the caramel.

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Wash and dry the apples.
  2. Put a toothpick into each one.
  3. Roughly chop the peanuts.
  4. In a baking dish, place the sweets and cream and place in a bain-marie, stirring occasionally until melted.
  5. With a spoon, cover the apples with the caramel and sprinkle the peanuts, pressing a little with your hands to make it stick.
  6. Place them on a greased baking sheet and refrigerate until hardened. Keep in the fridge until serving time.
