Prepared only with Cantabrian anchovies. Marinated with the ideal amount of white wine vinegar. Preserved in a sauce with tomato, olive oil and garlic, they preserve the nuances of the fish, with an “al dente” texture and unparalleled flavor. They have been treated against Anisakis.
Ingredients:
ANCHOVA (Engraulis encrasicolus) (FISH), tomato (32%), sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, salt, garlic and parsley.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated at temperatures of between 0ºC and 4ºC. Once opened, keep refrigerated in its oil and eat within 7 days.
