Eggs stuffed with sweet smoked paprika de la Vera

  1. Boil the eggs in a pan with water and salt for 12 minutes. When they are ready, cool in cold water.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half, carefully removing the yolks to a bowl and reserving the whites for a serving dish.
  3. Using a fork, crush all the yolks and add the mustard, mayonnaise, and then salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and fill the egg whites with the mixture (you can use a piping bag to make it prettier).
  4. Finally, sprinkle with sweet paprika for the perfect touch, and decorate with parsley.
