Pancakes with Double Cream

Double Cream are, in a simplistic way, thicker creams. Ideal for fruit pies, cakes, scones, muffins, waffles, pancakes and churros. Learn how to make this recipe!


Preparation Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in the cup of the food processor.
  2. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  3. Grease a frying pan for crepes with a little oil, passing with kitchen paper.
  4. Spoons of dough are placed and cooked on both sides.
  5. When they start to make holes in the dough, it’s because they’re ready to turn.
  6. Serve with accompaniment to taste.
