Scallops with crispy artichokes and red pesto

An exquisite dish to surprise friends and family.

Preparation Method

  1. Fry the sliced artichokes and the previously floured artichoke hearts in plenty of hot oil.
  2. Salt and brown the scallops on both sides in a pan over medium heat. Drizzle with the white wine and allow it to evaporate.
  3. Remove the scallops from the pan and add the red pesto.
  4. Serve the scallops and fried artichokes drizzled with red pesto.
