Product Description
A red caviar with small fine roe grains that is an affordable alternative to lumpfish roe or blak roe. The product contains roe from herring (Clupea harengus) of the highest quality, which is fished in the Northeast Atlantic from viable stocks.
Botterviken red gold is the first labeled food of Swedish origin. Try introducing a spoonful of red lump roe to a simple toast or avocado and you will see that it is manufactured in Kungshamn, on the west coast of Bohuslän.
