The Fine Cheese Co. Cheese Toast is thin, light and crispy, but what makes it unique is that it contains over 60% fruit and seeds, which makes it as good as crunchy, fruity and addictive.
This selection of toast set is composed by Toast with Apricots Pistachios and Sesame Seeds, Toast with Cherry Almond and Flaxseed, Toast with Dates Hazelnuts and Pumpkin Seeds.
Toasts with Apricot, Pistachio and Sesame Seeds: especially recommended to accompany delicate goat’s cheese such as Valençay, Crottin de Chavignol and Ragstone.
Toasts with Cherry Almond and Linseed: ideal with blue cheeses such as Stilton, Fourme D’Ambert and Gorgonzola Dolce.
Toasts with Hazelnut Dates and Pumpkin Seeds: these are especially recommended with buttery cheeses such as Brillat-Savarin, Brie de Meaux and Vacherin Mont D’Or.
