Malt Vinegar Mayonnaise
A perfect accompaniment to the traditional English Fish and Chips recipe
                      Ingredients
- 
                                1 egg yolk
 - 
                                salt
 - 
                                Freshly ground pepper
 
Preparation Method
- Whisk the egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of vinegar in a small bowl.
 - Stirring constantly, slowly drizzle in the oil, drop by drop at first, until the mayonnaise is thick and smooth.
 - Add 1 tablespoon of remaining vinegar.
 - Season with salt and pepper.
