Roasted Salmon with Chimichurri

2 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon of fresh herbs with lemon zest
- Season the fish with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chimichurri and herbs. Spread it well.
- Drizzle with plenty of oil. Wrap in foil and bake on a greased tray in a medium oven for approximately 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and remove the foil. Let it bake for another 5 minutes basting with oil. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
