Cheese fondue
There’s nothing more appropriate for a good social gathering than this delicious cheese fondue, in which leftover cheeses are emphasized. Pair it with good wine.
 
                      Ingredients
- 
                                1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 
                                1 clove garlic
- 
                                200 g leftover grated Gruyère cheese
- 
                                100 g leftover Brie or Camembert cheese
- 
                                100 g leftover grated mozzarella cheese
- 
                                pepper
- 
                                thyme
- 
                                600 g boiled potato
Preparation Method
- Place the cornstarch, white wine, and crushed garlic in a non-stick fondue pot. Mix well and bring to a boil.
- Add the leftover cheese and bring to a boil. Season with pepper and thyme.
- Place the pan over the burner and dip the cornichons, cheese crackers, and boiled potatoes into the heated cheese.
